信永中和会计师事务所 is the largest* Chinese CPA firm in Beijing or 3rd largest* Chinese CPA firm in China. It was part of Coopers & Lybrand CIEC （中信永道会计师事务所）and has been in practice for more than 20 years. Coopers & Lybrand CIEC is the legacy firm of PricewaterhouseCoppers in China.

信永中和会计师事务所is headquartered in Beijing and has a network of branches in major Chinese cities including Shanghai, Shenzhen, Chengdu and Xi’an. It is the first mainland Chinese CPA firm that has a practice in Hong Kong since 2005. The Singapore office is the first international member firm of the ShineWing network.
