Yew Si started his career as auditor with Coopers & Lybrand, Singapore in 1990 and had worked in Coopers & Lybrand CIEC, Beijing for 2 years from 1995 to 1997. He was audit manger when he left the audit profession to join the commercial industry in 1998 first as Senior Internal Auditor of a US company and subsequently Group Financial Controller of a Singapore main-board listed company. His last appointment in the commercial industry before founding ShineWing Singapore in 2007 was Financial Controller of a specialist logistics company, which he helped to list on the Singapore Stock Exchange. Yew Si has extensive all round audit and commercial accounting experience in various industries and region including Korea, Australia and New Zealand. He has been involved and was leader in numerous audit and commercial accounting projects such as financial due diligence for business acquisitions, IPO and RTO, business advisory, restructuring of accounting organization and training development.

Upholding the philosophy of “taking from society and returning to society 取自社会、用之社会” Yew Si is very active in voluntarily community services. He currently sits in the committees of various welfare and non-profit community organizations

Jae Hoon (JH) Lee (Korea) – Korean Taxation and Advisory

JH is our Korean consultant and is based in Korea. He is effectively bilingual in English and Korean, and has extensive audit and commercial accounting experience, financial due diligence, business spin-off, international taxes and IPO in Korea. He started his career with Coopers & Lybrand in 1988 and has been Finance Manager, Chief Financial Officer of US and Switzerland pharmaceutical companies.

JH has been in professional practice for the last 12 years. His clients in Korea include companies from US, EU and Japan, as well as large and medium size Korean companies.
